I am pleased to announce that the employees of Bison Engineering, Inc. recently bought the company from Mike Roach through an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). Under the plan, 100% of the Bison stock is owned by employees active in the day-to-day operations of the company. The Bison stock will be redeemable in cash by our employees at the time of their retirement.

Our roster of employees remains the same with a few minor exceptions. I am now the chairman of the board, as well as the president. Jeff Chaffee remains as our vice president, and Bob Drake will continue as our treasurer.

Every time I am with a Bison employee, I am truly impressed with the caliber of people we have been able to recruit. Whether it is a member of our permitting team, our source testing team, our ambient monitoring team, or any of our other departments, every employee is dedicated to providing first-rate customer service and superior technical excellence. I believe our ESOP program, which provides company ownership to all employees, will yield the highest motivated staff in our industry.

With all the changes of recent times, it's sometimes refreshing to have a place that provides stability, reliability and a quality of service exceeding all others. For hundreds of our clients that place is at Bison Engineering, Inc.

Bison continues to grow by adding new service categories, forging new relationships with strategic partners and expanding geographically. We have increased our market share by moving deeper into the power generation arena and by continuing to provide exceptional products and services to our clients in the lime, cement, oil, gas, coal, chemical processing, and wood and paper products industries. I believe we are in a leadership position in this region as the air quality firm of choice.
