Jeffrey S. Bell, Senior Environmental Technician
Mr. Bell has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Electronic Technology from the North Dakota State School of Science, and is a field technician for our Billings field office.
Jeff has been operating and maintaining ambient air monitoring stations, conducting performance audits, providing training and technical assistance to clients, and performing equipment maintenance/repair since 1990.
As a field technician on the Ambient Team since 1999, Jeff’s current duties include ambient air and meteorological data collection, quality assurance, processing and reporting; equipment maintenance/repair; water sampling; PM10 and PM2.5 audits and calibrations; and report production.
