Jeff joined Bison as a field technician in Billings office in 1999 and has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Electronic Technology from the North Dakota State School of Science.
Jeff’s duties include ambient air and meteorological data collection, quality assurance, processing and reporting; equipment maintenance/repair; water sampling; PM10 and PM2.5 audits and calibrations; and report production. He is also working with the Gas Flow Monitor Division in the manufacture of GFMs.
Jeff has sixteen years of prior experience in operating and maintaining ambient air monitoring stations, conducting performance audits, providing training and technical assistance to clients, and equipment maintenance/repair.
Jeff is certified in the following: 40 Hr. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Basic Medic First Aid with CPR, and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) trained.
In his free time, Jeff attends leadership seminars several times a year, likes to ride motorcycles with his wife Jackie, mentors and teaches his four grandchildren, builds hot rods and restores classic cars. Jeff works as the pit crew for his wife Jackie’s autocross race team. Jeff also teaches leadership and mentors a growing group of people.
