Jenn joined the Source Testing group at Bison in May 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from University of Maryland University College.

In addition to report writing, Jenn has assumed some lab manager duties; she processes source test filters and samples and maintains filter/sample tracking records. She helps oversee equipment and chemical inventories, and tracks safety and testing certifications and renewal dates. Jenn assists with source testing projects as needed.

She previously worked as a leak detection and repair (LDAR) technician for petrochemical and natural gas facilities. This testing included Method 21 monitoring, storage tank seal inspections, sampling cooling water using the modified El Paso Method, optical gas imaging using a FLIR camera, ambient monitoring and acoustic emissions detection.

Jenn is certified in the following:  FLIR technician, Dangerous Goods Shipping, 40 Hr. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) training (7/13/17-pending).

In her off time, Jenn occupies herself by spending time with her family, playing with her fur kids, hiking, gardening and cooking. She also provides occasional weekend relief for Special K Ranch (a local working ranch for adults with developmental disabilities).
