Jennifer joined Bison in October 2018 in the consulting services group in Helena. She has more than eight years of regulatory compliance experience with focuses in permitting, compliance, oil and gas inspection, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document preparation, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA). She has worked alongside numerous tribal, federal, state, county and local agencies in the Midwest. Jennifer brings a broad expanse of experience to Bison with her previous work relating to oil and gas permitting and compliance, landfills, pipelines, gravel pits, and transportation projects. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.
At Bison, Jennifer assists clients in preparing pre-construction air permit applications and modifications, annual emission inventories and compliance databases. She works with clients in managing air quality projects for upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities.
Jennifer is an Engineer In Training (EIT), and is certified as an SWPPP administrator, Master Gardener, and in Emergency Response and First Aid (CPR/AED).
Anyone who knows Jennifer will say she has way too many hobbies and interests. In her spare time, you will likely find her adventuring around Clancy, typically with her dogs and husband in tow.
