Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Parts 46 and 48 certification

Lynn joined Bison Engineering in March of 2019. She works with the source testing group based out of Helena. Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in zoology from the University of Montana. Her primary responsibilities at Bison include data processing, analysis and quality assurance, and report writing.

Lynn has over 12 years of experience in air quality monitoring and consulting. Before joining Bison, Lynn worked primarily with ambient air monitoring contracts. She has extensive experience in data analysis and quality assurance; report writing; real-time remote data review and validation; and database management in support of ambient air monitoring projects across a wide range of mining, industrial, private and governmental settings. Her expertise includes the collection, reduction, analysis and reporting of data from meteorological, particulate, air chemistry and wind resource monitoring stations. Lynn has also been responsible for monitoring daily operation of remote monitoring stations and coordinating systems repairs and improvements. She has written several Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs).

Lynn has 2 years of experience in analysis, quality assurance and reporting of source test data, including electronic reporting through the EPA’s Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI).

Lynn maintains Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Parts 46 and 48 certification.

Outside of work, Lynn spends most of her time wrangling her four kids and taking them on all sorts of adventures. She also loves to run, bike, swim, snowboard, knit, sew, garden and play music.
