Certifications: Bob re-joined Bison in 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. Bob oversees all of the financial aspects of the company and is a part of the company management team. He prepares financial statements, analytical reports, budgets, and other reports related to the 401(k) plan and the Bison ESOP Trust. Kay Johnson Accounting Specialist

Kay joined Bison in 1997 as the Office Coordinator. She is responsible for all clerical support to the company and, in particular, assists with quality assurance functions to ensure that all work products are of the highest quality. She also assists other members of the administrative group with financial, personnel or marketing tasks as needed. Kay has completed numerous courses in office management, business and clerical areas, and personal development. Nathan Bartow, P.M.P. IT Manager / Project Engineer

Nathan joined Bison in 2005 as an engineer in the Permitting group. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Biology from The Ohio State University, and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. Nathan works with clients in preparing pre-construction permit applications and modifications, annual emission inventories, compliance audits and certification reports, control technology analyses, operation and maintenance plans, Title V and PSD permit applications, air dispersion modeling, and compliance databases. Robyn Barkley Administrative Assistant

Robyn joined Bison Engineering in early 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree in Fish and Wildlife Management from Montana State University. Her duties include assisting with budgets, travel-related paperwork, bookkeeping, safety compliance, human resources and payroll. As her job progressed with the firm, Robyn has added duties in support of the Source Testing group. She assists the group in preparing for field tests including cleaning and assembling glassware in accordance with accepted EPA reference methods, calibrating equipment and maintaining calibration records.
