Location: Remote work location is possible for the right candidate; ideally willing to relocate to Helena, MT or Billings, MT

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MDT

Pay: $44.00 – $68.00 per hour, dependent on experience and location

We specialize in air quality permitting, emissions testing, ambient air monitoring, and gas flow monitor design and manufacture.

Position Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced project engineer/scientist for our Consulting Services Department. We will consider applicants with a four-year engineering or other technical degree.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of five years of environmental consulting experience in industrial, regulatory, and/or consulting settings is required.
• Experience in environmental consulting is preferred.
• Experience with emissions inventories, Title V permitting, minor source permit applications, toxic release inventories, greenhouse gas reporting, air dispersion modeling, EPCRA Tier II reporting, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements is preferred.
• Experience with air dispersion modeling using AERMOD – BEEST software is required.
• Applicants should have experience in stationary source air quality regulations.
• Applicants should be proficient with the Clean Air Act, NSPS, and NESHAPs regulations.
